Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from accumulating between the packaging and the product. This can lead to uneven rust spots.
Different types of mounting: on the floor, between posts or on the wall.
Easy installation thanks to easily accessible fasteners.
The products come without a layer of rust. The rusting process on Corten steel takes about 4-5 months, depending on the weather conditions.
The rust layer can be sealed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective layer against rust. Owatrol protects the wall and prevents the Corten steel from discoloring.
During the rusting process, rust water can be released from the product.
Clean the product annually by spraying off coarse dirt with tap water.
We advise against using Corten steel within 2 km of the coast.
